请教:矫正平足的鞋垫

Just went to Appletree medical centre recently because I have feet pain and was told the problem is caused by flat feet and the doctor ask me to wear a kind of 矫正平足的鞋垫. They said they will do the design then send to their lab to make it and the cost is $450/pair. I have health insurance which can cover 80% so the cost is not an issue.



My concern is that I do not know if the lab of Appletree Medical Centre is good or not. I never went to other clinic before and do not have a family doctor.



Is there anyone bought this kind of 矫正平足的鞋垫 before and any suggestions?

Thank you for your reply. I will buy the orthotics for sure. Just do not know if Appletree Medical Centre's lab is good or not. I just checked the link you provided. It seems there are many kinds of orthotics. It seems I need to talk to the doctor to choose the right kind for me.

我用过三个不同clicnic的鞋垫。Appletree是其中之一，也是坏的最快的一个。当然我当时的运动量可能稍大一点，但并不明显。其它两个用的时间要长很多。Appletree的是鞋垫从中间断了；其它两家的还没出现这种情况。



你这个link说的有一定道理，比如“矫正平足鞋垫对三者都看不出有何帮助，既不能修复骨骼，也不能强健韧带和肌肉”，但你觉得近视眼镜能治本吗？鞋垫和眼镜应属一类吧。

矫正平足的鞋垫 will not cure your feet but will reduce the pain. I got one pair of 鞋垫 from Appletree Medical Centre, but it only could be put into a larger size shoe. Now I get orthotics shoe instead. Yes, there are many orthotics lab. here is other providers:
