A room available in a 3 bedroom apt starting Feb 1st (460 All inclusive) The room includes a bed and a desk. Bus 118 is at the doorstep, 2 minutes to Algonquin by bus, Baseline station is 3 minutes bus drive or 13 minutes walking, bus 95 which operates until 3.30 am.
The area has a shopping plaza (college square) where u can shop for grocery (lawblaws 24 hours,Macs store), clothing, shoes, alcohol, etc. Walmart is 3 minutes away by bus. McDonald's 24 hours, Tim Hortons, subway, and KFC are all steps away from the building.
On site laundry, Parking is available but there's a fee (not sure how much)

We r two international students, a male and a female. We r quite, friendly, and clean and we keep to ourselves. Our apartment is PET/DRUG/SMOKE FREE. We rarely invite friends and we r not the party type. We might consider a cat if u have one but we don't allow dogs in our house. We prefer a female roommate.
