Public Citizen: Second-floor balcony on new house disturbs neighbours

Alan Knight and Rose Bui had hoped for a quiet and private retirement in their longtime Bridlewood home. But a second-floor balcony on the side of a newly built house right next door has shaken that dream. They say the balcony provides a complete view of their backyard, but it also gives their new neighbours perfect sightlines to their master bedroom, their ensuite bathroom, and the kitchen and family room on the main floor.
