apartment的地毯被零零星星弄焦了，想请问哪有可以做地毯局部更换或修复的吗？

This guy is the contractor for the carpeting in my building (171 Lees). Sewer water backed out of my kitchen drain and flooded my kitchen and living room. He disinfected the carpet and repaired the water damage. Seemed like a nice guy.
