关于更换驾照

请教各位，持有PEI的驾照（Full license)不到2年，在渥太华就能直接更换安省的驾照吗？而持有PEI的驾照G牌也不到2年（领驾照时，实际驾龄不到2年，但已经通过考试，在PEI一年后可以申请换为Full License），在渥太华也能直接换驾照吗？还是需要重新考试，或者需要回PEI等换了Full License，再回来安省换呢？

PEI 的我就不知道了, 但是之前幫我媽換過 BC 的, 基本上只要持有 full license 一年以上就可以直接在這裡的 License Office 更換, 免考試, 但我這是 BC 的 case 嘍~

I doubt.
You can wait until date of (first) issue on your PEI shows you have two full years (or more, I forgot) then you can. I remember a friend who has Saskatchewan license and my friend waited until the required months/years reached.

If you have a license from US, that is different. That happened to my friend back in 1995. She went to US and stayed with her sister, and got her license, back to Toronto and changed to full Ontario license. Interesting indeed (US is better than Canada??)
