Montreal police arrested a 24-year-old man in east Ottawa in connection to a fatal shooting outside a fast-food restaurant in Montreal. A 22-year-old man was found bleeding in the Wendy’s parking lot at the corner of Décarie Boulevard and Isabella Avenue on the evening of Jan. 19 and later died in hospital.
