OTTAWA — King Edward Avenue has reopened to traffic after workers cleared a tractor trailer that had jacknifed. The truck, carrying a mobile home, crashed in the northbound lanes near the Macdonald-Cartier Bridge at about 11:30 a.m. It took crews more than an hour to clear the mess.
