It should not affect any performance or gas mileage IF the leak is at the muffler. If the leak at somewhere close to O2 sensor and that will cost wrong lean reading, and the computer will supply more gas to compensate the difference. Since I dont know where is the leak, if its at the muffler and I will say No.

Thank, dkwan! I was told this leakage might cause my car fail to pass emission test. The gas mileage is ok, 1 liter for 11km average recently. The repair from dealer would cost 2k+, too expensive. They replace everything with new parts.

Welcome.
During emission test, inspector will do a pre-inspection of leakage. If the inspector found any leakage, they won't even test your vehicle (meaning you don't have to paid).
Just a reminder, new parts doesn't have to be very expensive, sometimes is the labor that spike up the total cost.
