The Ottawa Police Collisions Investigation Unit said the driver of a vehicle that allegedly struck a pedestrian has turned themselves in. The 21-year-old male pedestrian was struck at about 3:12 a.m. on Riverside Drive near Industrial Avenue. The accident was labelled a hit-and-run.
