The middle-aged woman who says she was sexually assaulted by Ottawa paramedic Jean Lauzon told an Ottawa court Tuesday that she has a history of severe and chronic mental illness and was “annoyed” at Lauzon during the ambulance ride because he wouldn’t believe that she was having a stroke.
