家庭医生与clinic有啥区别

来渥村几个月，还没找到合适的家庭医生，但住家附近有可以随时看病的clinic，已经在那里做了体检。觉得找家庭医生挺难的，如果不找家庭医生，去clinic是不是一样啊？请大家帮忙分析一下。先谢过了！

the different is you can make an appointment with your family doctor and you just need to wait less than 2 hours to see your doctor. if you walk in a clinic, you may have to wait on the line for more than 3 hours.

This is not really the difference. You can make an appointment with a doctor if she/he accepts appointments. You do not have to be her/his patient.
The real difference is you need to sign a form to authorize government health department to disclosure your information to your family doctor.

Family doctor can keep your heath records (such as previous annual physical check and other special examination) well.
