以前报亏损，是卖了亏损的股票以后，有个单子，凭这个单子报亏损。可是现在这 Nortel 卖都没地方去卖，哪儿有单子做凭证啊！

If after all, you have net Capital Loss, then the amount can be carrier over for future years, to cancel the Capital Gain you may have then. But you may want to check if you can get back the tax you paid in previous years for "Capital Gains", I cannot recall exactly.

Call your broker, tell them about this, then ask them to send you a kind of doc. which they know what it is.

沒有單子沒關係。CRA會知道NORTEL已經不存在了。自己寫一個Note也可以。
