CAPITAL UNITED FAMILY DAY

Ages: 4-12, registration is free and on site

1:30pm-1:50pm Ball Control (4-6 year olds)
1:50pm-2:00pm Technical Development (receiving and passing)
2:00pm-2:10pm Fun competitive activities (group relay focusing on combined techniques)
2:10pm-2:25pm Small sided games
2:25pm-2:30pm Coordination, agility, strength and stretching
2:30pm Group Photo
2:30pm-2:50pm Ball Control (7-12 year olds)
2:50pm-3:00pm Technical Development (receiving and passing)
3:00pm-3:10pm Fun competitive activities (group relay focusing on combined techniques)
3:10pm-3:25pm Small sided games
3:25pm-3:30pm Coordination, agility, strength and stretching

In addition, in keeping with our Club philosophy of "giving back to the community", we will also be asking participants to bring a non-perishable item as a donation to the Ottawa Food Bank.
