Rockland pays out $372,834.40 in wake of departure of former town manager

Bad blood at City Hall in Clarence-Rockland has cost the local taxpayers more than a third of a million dollars. The municipality has posted a brief financial statement showing it paid $372.834.40 in assorted costs because of the departure of its former chief administrative officer, Daniel Gatien.
