what is the name of driving test centre which has only one road test examiner

I failed road test for couples of times in Ottawa and desperately want to take road test somewhere easier. I heard that there is a driving test centre which has only one road test examiner and it is nearby Ottawa (a hour by driving maybe). Is it Winchester? I would deeply appreciate if you let me know the answer.

All of Winchester，casselman and kemptville, most of time there just one examiner and close Ottawa.
