<HTML>Is it possible to apply sponsored family-class immigration in Canada for family member who is now still in China - I mean submitting the application to immigration office in Canada. Or it has to be done outside of Canada?

If it has to be outside of Canada, is Buffalo of US the best choice? How does it compare to Beijing visa office? Factors need to considered like length of time and convenience...

I need to decide soon. (scratching head and sleepless at night...)

Any advice will help. </HTML>

<HTML>First, you should know the process order, you should submit your financial evaluation to CIC first. If you get approvel, they will send you the full package for your family class immigration application. But your family class must apply their application outside of Canada, unless for your sponspor who is in Canada now or other humanitarianism reason.
Only when your family member is in Canada now(by visitor visa), you can apply in Buffalo or other cities in North America. When they are in China, they must apply in BJ or HK. I have called CIC office to confirm this answer for personal case.
go to check http://www.cic.gc.ca is the best way for your detail.
BTW: there is no order for who is first, only reason is do you have earned enough money and paid taxes for Canada already. :P</HTML>

<HTML>Clear enough. Thanks!</HTML>
