Who can provide the direction for how to get the police certificate from Canada police if the person is not in Canada now?
I got a letter from the immigation Canada that requires me to submit many forms and documents for my parents application. One of the documet is the police certificates. The letter states must obtain a police certificate from each country where they have lived over six months since age of 18.
My parents were in Canada over 6 month last year, but now they backed China. I called the Ottawa police and he said they must get fingerprint from China to process the certificate. I did not quite understand how .
If somebody did the same thing please advise.
