Zoning amendment would permit new development in Riverside South

OTTAWA — City staff are recommending zoning amendments that would permit a large development to go ahead on three parcels of land in Riverside South. A mix of single homes, on-street townhouses and stacked townhouses are planned for an area southwest of Earl Armstrong and Spratt roads, along with two institutional blocks, two park blocks and a mixed-use area. A transit corridor is included in the area.
