求好的屋顶维护和维修的公司

房子5年多新，两年前找开发商检查并维修了一次屋顶。现在3年多了，想要找一家信誉好，价格公道的屋顶维护公司来查一下房顶看看有没有shringle要修和换。特别是一个冬天过去了。



有没有朋友能推荐一个这样的公司。

if shingles look fine (no broken ones or no wrinkles), they should last for 20 years. There is no need to hire someone to check every year.



how about the price from these two guys?



my friend did his roof last year, the quote from one person is $9,500 and another person/firm did it for $6,900 with life time shingles and new vents.
