关于sick ei

怀孕6个月了，感觉上班有点吃力，也不是身体不舒服，就是无法胜任工作了，这个理由可以申请Sick EI吗？我看有些妈妈是sick EI,Maternity EI和Parental EI同时申请，就是不知道这个sick EI像我这种情况可以申请吗？



有知道的妈妈吗，谢谢啊~

sick ei 要医生的证明，能拿15周，记得是2周就得要一次医生盖过章的证明。
应该不是那么容易拿到。

我就是先修sick leave, 但得是医生开假条，跟医生沟通一下，我当时就是被勒令休假的，第一次跟我说的时候我没在意，也没休息，再见时就被批评了，勒令我立刻休息

我是28周时跟OB说工作力不从心，OB给开假条建议休到孩子出生。当时她说至于雇主在这期间给不给发工资，她是不负责的。

sick leave最多是休15周，要医生证明你没法继续工作了。

My docter said she can give me any time that I feel enable to work...... I'm 23 weeks now..... but even if she give this does that mean we will have this sick EI??? Or the government will say we can't claim this sick EI?

你要去申请才知道啊。

The problem is : Service Canada said you can apply the day you stop working....therefore, after 2 weeks if they tell me I can't claim this sick EI....what I have to go back to work again?? What if my contract is finished at that time!!!

我当时的情况是SICK LEAVE是SHORT TERM DISABILITY， 是保险公司负责的，跟政府好象是没关系啊。

如果sick ei申请不到，就只能开始你的pregnency leave, 不过这样你就可能需要来年早回去上班。
