帮房东登个广告(3月24日更新)
位于Loblaws对面
二楼的个个房间跟地下室出租，整个房子非常干净漂亮，后院可以用来室外烧烤，厨房有过滤的纯净水。室友都很Nice，很安静，平常都不经常在家，一个美航空姐，一个在OU学护士的学生，来自不同的国家Very multicultural, 只有我一个人讲中文.
地下室房租$530/月, 小房间$450/月，房东提供receipt， 房东不在这住.
房租全包附带家具, 冷暖气都有, 5月1号入住, 现在已经装修好了
目前只考虑女生

The house is located in front of the Loblaws with two beautiful rooms on the second floor available for rent, very well decorated, with a beautiful back yard, which is great for outdoor BBQ, we have very friendly roommates, very quite, no parties, most of the time the house is pretty empty, a roommate shes a flight attendance at a American airline, the other one is a student from OU major in nursing, the room will be available from May 1st.
Female Only.
Landlord does not live with us.
Rent $450 for small room, room in the basement 530 (Include everything, as well as furnitures). We have Heating and cooling year round
