那儿剪短发的谁剪得比较好?

she sucks at dying hair
last time i want her to dye my hair BROWN and then highlight it red
she Dyed it allllll red and highlight BLOND!
kinda sucky looking!

if you wana dye your hair i recommend u go to Rideau Centre Hair Salon
it will be a lil more expensive....around $200 for dying and cut and then....around $300 plus highlight
