这车在2001.3.9-2001.11.2 应该在DEALAR 手中，因为2001.3.9只有
New owner reported 而没有 Registration issued 。
2001.11.2 应是第二任车主买入。　有 Registration issued 。
2002.11.5 又有一次换主，但无Ｒegistration issued. 这车现在QUEBEC,
可能这是原因，(我想Ｒegistration issued　in QUEBEC 在ＣＡＲＦＡＸ中
就没有记载了。）
但这人为何用了一个冬天就卖，实在想不通？
是不是在QUEBEC 登记的车以后所有事故及换主在CARFAX都查不出了？
有谁知道在哪查的出QUEBEC车的记载吗？

tercel那车,也就开local到168买买菜
Hyundai的accent我也开过150,但不能据此说这车安全.

carfax也不是很准的，我的车都开了快4年了(其实是96的车)还查无此车信息。
呵呵
不过前几天出点车祸，可能就上去了，哪位老兄给帮忙查查？
