prehung door or flooring first?

I am finishing my basement and was wondering whether I should install the door first or install the flooring first? It's a bathroom door. I have tiles in the bathroom and laminate floor outside the bathroom. An angle transition is needed because the two floorings are not leveled. I suppose that I have to cut the door jambs to fit around the two levels? Which one should I install first to make the finishing look nicer? Thanks.
