找不到那个美国买房的帖子了，如果在美国买投资房，需要在加拿大报税时申报吗？要交的税多吗？如果在中国买投资房子呢？也要申报吗，哪个比较合算？请有经验的人讲一讲。

if the house in usa you use to make pofit you need file us and canandian tax return. In china I don't know how you file tax return, but you need report your rental income in Canada and file Canadian tax return.
