想用teksavvy~可原来rogers的Modem怎么处理？可以继续用么？

这个我也看了，可我觉得都是DOCSIS 3.0的modem为什么不能用？

I just terminated teksavvy and transfered to rogers. I negotiated half price on extreme internet with one year contract. you can negotiate deals with rogers and continue using the modeum.

Sometimes, it is not about whether the product is technically compatible. Instead, it can be a marketing measure. For example, I bought an exactly same model from others, but Rogers would not activate for me because they could not find the serial number from its stock list

I once transferred from Bell to Teksavvy and asked the same question from the technician. But I was told the modem was encrypted by Bell. I guess rogers does the same thing.

Anyways, it is not wrong to try it.
