房间:3 Bedroom Apartment, 宽敞,明亮,双卫生间 (Master Bedroom has one bath)。
生活便利,近邻Riverside Mall, 有室内游泳池,和室外网球场
2。一间TOWNHOUSE在ST LAURENT SHOPPING MALL附近,七月份入住。有4间房间在2楼,现有两间大房共700元。共用厨房,两个卫生间,一个40平方客厅。家具,电视,音响,VCR,因特网,本地电话,洗衣机,烘干机齐全。安静社区,优美环境,交通便利,95路直达OU,只要5分钟。---希望与两位女性校友分享。

I think if the second one (townhouse) belongs to an individual, then the first one is better. I always prefer apartment since there are fewer things to worry about and it is easier to deal with the rental company than individual (but it may depend on your landlord), just my 2 cents :)
