Anti-bullying legislation held up by partisan bickering at Queen’s Park

Allan Hubley tried hard to push for strong, bipartisan anti-bullying legislation in the wake of his son Jamie’s suicide in October 2011. But the Ottawa councillor is clearly exasperated as debate at Queen’s Park surrounding the bill degenerated Thursday into another round of finger-pointing.
