Neighbourhoods deserve quick responses to their zoning and planning concerns, Mayor Jim Watson said at his planning summit Thursday morning, and promised rapid reviews of a handful of neighbourhood plans and a “zoning SWAT Team” to look at particularly worrisome development proposals.
