俺车使用的是195/60/R15的胎，185/60/R15的胎能用吗？

这胎小了一号了，高度差了1.2厘米，宽度差了1厘米。换上后抓地变差，里程表读数会比实际值的高。

The 185 tires can use with no problem since they are less than 2% difference and so there is no issue in terms of safety.

换上后抓地变差a little bit，No里程表读数会比实际值的高。Diameter is same, just tire thin a little.
