The University of Ottawa Heart Institute has launched a campaign to open a “virtual” women’s heart health centre. The first phase of the campaign, which opened Friday with a luncheon at the Ottawa Convention Centre, aims to raise $4 million by this time next year. The luncheon raised just over $200,000.
