昨天（5/5）星期六在首都中文学校被人hit and run ...

昨天中午１２点，首都中文学校下课， 带上孩子， 出门一看，顿时傻眼，自己车的后屁股被人大大的撞掉了一快，而肇事者已溜了， （我的车停在学校南门出口的地方，靠近BROADVIEW 街, ）我的车是ACURA， 颜色GOLDEN

站了一会儿， 有人说肇事者就是PARKING在旁边的人，开车不小心撞了你的车，旁边还有一个老人目睹了，一切， 当时事发中文学校下课时，应该有许多人看到，肯请提供线索， 司机是何许人，车的颜色，MAKE，车牌号？谢谢！！

Check the camera first. But I don't think you could find a solid proof for the parking issue. Without solid proof, it is hard for you to catch the driver even if you found the car which was beside you.

Like most people, If I couldn't catch the driver who hit my car on site, or bang his door to mine, and if no witness on site, I have to let it go and wish no more bad luck in this case.

Feel sorry for your lost, but really not much you can do.

我觉得 如果能找到肇事车辆， 可以进行痕迹比对。 两个车上的撞痕 如果警方认为 Match 上了， 就可以认为是它撞的吧？

One thing I noticed is: although there are plenty of parking lots available in parking area, there are still some people just simply park their car along the curb, where parking is prohibited. This protetially causes difficulty for both way traffics, and also causes difficulty for cars legally parked on the other side of the curb to get out.

So, people, please respect the rules a little bit, and you can also avoid 'accidents' as much as possible.

保险公司对于在parking里发生的无法确定责任的，没有抓到现行的事故，都至少给50%的责任，自己要付deductable的

同意，其实如果可能，停远一点，会大大减少被撞的可能性。越近的地方流动性越大，总能敢上一两个手颤的

有那每人发一封信的功夫，不如在那儿竖一个“禁止进入”的牌子，一劳永逸，省得每次开学发信。

况且，牌子是强制性的，信是建议性的。“以德治国”那一招在中国吃不开，在北美也同样吃不开。

你在停车场被hit&run过么？
2年前我被人家这样撞了逃了。
当时叫了mall里的保安拍了照
给我的保险公司打了电话询问应该怎么做
保险公司告诉我赶紧去警局做报告，拿到警察的case no
24小时内拿到这个号码反馈回保险公司，他们cover全部修车费用
当然我的车险是全保，0deductable，修车期间的租车费用也是保险出。
如果警察认定是Hit and Run,责任不在你，保险也不会涨价！
