“Do not believe in anything simply because you have heard it. Do not believe in anything simply because it is spoken and rumored by many. Do not believe in anything simply because it is found written in your religious books. Do not believe in anything merely on the authority of your teachers and elders. Do not believe in traditions because they have been handed down for many generations. But after observation and analysis, when you find that anything agrees with reason and is conducive to the good and benefit of one and all, then accept it and live up to it.”-Buddha

佛陀说：不要因为以下的情况而接受任何道理：
·只因为你听过许多次；
·只因为你相信传统或前人；
·只因为很多人都这么说；
·只因为符合你读的经典；
·只因为听起来很合理；
·只因为符合你自己的信仰；
·只因为你的老师如此宣扬，你的老师很有魅力，你非常崇拜他；

只有在你亲身体验与了解了这个道理，并发现这个道理是完满的，对个人或他人都有帮助，这时候，不仅要信仰它，而且要实践它.
