I have one-month left with an apatment (One-bed room with a big living room) till the end of July, so If any one is interested in taking over the lease for another year (Sept 1- Aug 31, 2013), and moving into it in August, I would offer you half-price on the rental in August, 2012.



The apartment is clean, and near many bus stops like 20, 21, 36, 37 and 38. It takes 15 minutes to go to the downtown of Ottawa, and 10 minutes to U of Q.



It has a parking lot and 1-minute walk to bus stops. The rental is competitive in the market and the owner is a local French Property Company. It is a nice spot and could be shared by a roommate if you are a single.
