How to make my parents to immigrate to Canada as permanent residents

Hey everyone,

My parents are thinking to immigrate to Canada as permanent residents. Both of them are over 65-year old.
I checked the CIC web site, it said CIC currently stop accepting any apply for "sponsoring you family" as permanent residents. And a new super visa came out since last December instead.
But I think these are totally different type of status of living in Canada between PR and Super visa visitor.

Does anyone know how to make my parents to be PR?

Any reply will be appreciated.

移民到加拿大有三种途径吧： 投资移民，技术工人移民和家庭团聚移民。
你家老人家可以投资吗？去那个cic网站看看要求如何办理。
他们可以技术工人独立移民吗？去网站看看。
他们需要你sponsor而移民吗？就像你看到的，已经暂时停办了。
