Terror suspects demand answers for direct indictment

Lawyers for two Ottawa men accused in an alleged homegrown terrorist plot demanded answers in court Thursday as to why federal prosecutors denied their clients the right to an evidence-testing preliminary hearing at the last second by filing a direct indictment that will send the men straight to trial.
