A driver who crossed a double yellow line on a hilly stretch of road, leading to a deadly collision, was sentenced Monday to 20 months in jail for dangerous driving causing death. Darryl Martell de Martineau, 45, had been drinking just before the fatal crash that killed 21-year-old Christopher Hedges, although his blood alcohol level was just shy of the legal limit.
