Westbound 417 on-ramp at Carling closed Thursday, Friday

OTTAWA — Construction will close the Carling Avenue on ramp to westbound Highway 417 for two days beginning Thursday. The work is part of the ongoing reconstruction around the Carling Avenue-Merivale Road intersection and is to “facilitate the abandonment of the existing large diameter water main,” according to the City of Ottawa.
