Mandarin-speaking towing service

Anyone know of Mandarin-speaking towing service in town? My friend's seldom driven Lexus cannot jump start and needs to be looked at, but she does not speak/understand English. Or any mandarin-speaking garage that offers on-site service?

The issue has been resolved thanks to Onion Auto Service. My friend could not thank them enough for their professionalism and the fact that they reached out far and beyond to help someone who's new and unfamiliar to Ottawa. It meant a lot to her! Very much appreciated Onion Auto Service!
