OTTAWA — Ottawa police plan to lay charges against the driver of a vehicle that struck a cyclist in Ottawa’s east end Thursday morning, sending the person on the bicycle to hospital with serious injuries. The collision took place at the corner of Innes Road and Stonehenge Crescent, just east of Highway 417, at around 6:30 a.m.
