房屋保险和水费问题

今天仔细看了一下房屋保险内容，发现只保结构。好象应该有房屋CONTENTS 险

请问各位买房屋保险时，大概买些什么（COVER 些什么）？一年大概要多少。

另外各位一年水费大概有多少呢？我的怎么要平均一月30是否偏多呢？

Should include the contents. My home insurnace is around C$300 a year. It depends on the value of the house and etc. As for the water consumtion, $30 a month is not that much. For some months, it's only estimated (no one really comes to read the meters) but the difference will be adjusted in the next month when someone show up to read meters.
