Samsu Mia finally has a kitchen of his own. After an unhappy posting as a personal chef for the Bangladeshi High Commissioner, a deportation order and years of hard work to make ends meet and bring his family to join him in Canada, the 57-year-old refugee opened his restaurant, Mia’s Indian Cuisine, last month.
