Description:
Design, develop, code and test software products to system specification.
Perform all aspects of new software development for assigned projects, including research, analysis, design, development and testing.
Qualifications:
Post-secondary degree with at least 3 to 5 years of development experience.
2 to 4 years experience developing with C/C++, Visual C++, Java and Visual Basic.
3 to 5 years experience in software development. (real-time programming)
Windows NT, Unix background, preferably Linux, Sun.
Knowledge of TCP/IP, Frame Relay and X25.
Knowledge of debit and credit card terminals, POS devices and other communication protocols
Excellent documentation, code review and testing skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently, as a team player, in a fast environment, dedicated to meeting deadlines.
Ability to manage multiple parallel work streams.
