IT professional, landing to Canada next month, which city shall I go: Toronto,Ottawa?

<HTML>I heard there are lot of layoffs in Ottawa, and it is very difficult to find job there. But it is easy to get IT job in Toronto, is that ture? I'm going to landing in Canada next month, I'm thinking to landing in Toronto. Is that right for my decision?</HTML>
