Is 1.5 Ton or 2.0 Ton air Conditioner better for a 1400Ft townhouse?

First of all, sorry this computer can't type in Chinese yet.

I want to get some opinion on the air conditioner. Is 1.5 Ton or 2.0 Ton air Conditioner better for a small townhouse with 1400Ft (not counted with basement) in the mid-unit (not an end-unit)? It's a new house less than 2 years' old.

I'm in the VIP group buy and had got the contract proposal today. I've provided a post dated cheque (dated on the installation date) already for a 1.5 Ton the same price as 2.0 Ton with the advice from the sales Rep. that 1.5 Ton should be enough/efficient to fully cool down the bed rooms on the 2nd floor.

I'm thinking if 2.0 Ton is better since it's the same price as 1.5 Ton. The brand is Lennox for this year. FYI.

Hope to get some hints from you if possible.

1.5吨买的人很少，照你家房型我认为1.5和2.0都可以，他们一般都是推荐最节能的尺寸，如果你们家人口多，或者常有朋友来聚会的话2.0或许会好点，如果家里人口不多的话1.5可能会更好点，空调功率太大会造成一会儿停一会儿开，停下来的时候就不除湿了。
