As an early childhood educator, I have eight years of childcare working experience with solid knowledge in the early childhood development. In the child care centre, I had successfully helped children to improve their social, emotional, language, cognitive, and physical development by creating a healthy learning environment and implementing age appropriate activities. I respect children’s abilities and cultural backgrounds. I can effectively communicate with children in both English and Mandarin.
