Parking Fine

I have a question about parking.

I park my car along the road beside apartment building every day. And
there are many people do so. Today I recieve a ticket stated that I
parked over 3 hours. Because there is no any sign along the road
stated that "3 hour limit" or "no park", I decide to go to court.

Is there anyone have the same experience can share with me?

I got the same ticket before. Better not waste time in court. There is a by-law for this:
