看了一下新闻,感觉有些蹊跷。一个私利学校本应该有良好的现金流,起码不会像一般的business会有坏帐的风险,上面这位说甚至还要提前6个月收学费,按正常逻辑,只要招到足够的学生,支付员工工资和房租,应该没有问题,再怎么也不会欠银行1.9million 况且员工工资房租以及银行利息都是一月一付,为什么学费要提前这么长时间支付,所以问题是所收的钱做什么去了?可能的解释是这钱挪作它用了,可能的途径是投资到更加具有风险性的地方了,大家可以想象。
N多年前,曾听上蒙校的家长说,曾被学校force以自己的信用向银行申请line of credit,贷的款给学校用,不知这其中是如何操作的,会不会与后来蒙校接连出问题(这里大家知道的就有两个了)有联系?
如果我的猜测不错的话,办蒙校可真是圈钱的好办法了。
