OTTAWA — A 32-year-old Ottawa man police accuse of posing as a lawyer has been charged with fraud. Neil Shah, 32, who also goes by the name Deep Singh Shah, is charged with two counts of fraud over $5,000, two counts of possession of property obtained by crime, two counts of laundering proceeds of crime, forgery and uttering a forged document.
