OTTAWA — Police have charged an Ottawa man with sexual assault after he allegedly posed as a repairman and then touched the woman who let him into her home. According to Ottawa police, last Saturday a man came to the door of a home in the 500 block of St. Laurent Boulevard posing as a cable repair technician. Although he had no uniform, he was allowed in after saying he was there to repair the cable.
